This super fluffy, frothy tutu skirt is made from oodles and oodles of soft tulle with ruffle edging simply MADE for swirling, twirling, dancing and fluttering about in. The soft luxury tulle skirt is topped with super soft satin and matching bow with an adjustable elasticated waistband.
